UB uses Google Forms for Surveys with members

In 2021 we moved away from Google Forms for Registering Tickets at events and moved to the Eventbrite platform.

Some Tips

1. Once you SUBMIT your Registration Form (Google Form) you will receive a confirmation message on your device screen.

2. There will also be an email from GOOGLE FORMS and a copy of your registration, please keep this for your records.

If you have issues:

• Check SPAM FOLDER

• Email: ubsteering@gmail.com to check

• Set up ubsteering@gmail.com as a contact in your address book to prevent emails going to spam

A stock set of Google forms is available for members to use - however you must have a GMAIL account.
