• Be supportive to each other personally, and in issues regarding Female Dominance in BDSM.

• Encourage positive personal development and improved self-esteem for all participants.

• Add diversity to Uncommon Bonds by active participation in the total Group.
• Provide a representative voice for participants of the SIG in the UB Group.

Safety

• Adhere to and promote the BDSM philosophy of “safe, sane and consensual”.
• Ensure there is a high level of safety of people, processes and equipment for participants of the SIG at Femme Domme and general UB events.
• Maintain and promote privacy for all participants of UB.

Financial

• Properly account for all financial matters relating to the SIG to the UB Group
• Adhere to the UB policy of being essentially non-profit in focus.
